Ringlock scaffolding ledger is the basic component of ringlock scaffolding. It is made of Q235B steel welding pipe, diameter is 48mm, thickness can be 2.75mm.  Ledger is made by a tube with two wedge welded on the ends separately.

The surface treatment can be anti-rust and anti-corrosion painted or hot dip galvanized, which extend the working life of scaffolding system.

A: Normally, we suggest to setup the scaffolding maximum to 30 meters. But some of our customers setup our scaffolding reach to 60 meters. According to safety documents, we need to setup a steel platform every 20 meters where the scaffolding can be setup continually.

7. Q: How is the life span of your scaffolding?

A: It depends on how you use it and how you store it. Normally, the life span of our scaffolding is 5-7 years.
